  The people make this church remarkable. The pastor is a great gift to this congregation. I have felt more love in this place than I have at church in years. The doctrine is solid, and the action is cohesive to the teaching. Everyone should try this church at least once. It is very much worth the experience and the relationship.

  I only saw Pastor Charles on tv give a sermon this Sunday 5-17-2015 It was the first time I ever heard him but I loved it that his whole sermon was just about the bible's teaching of righteous living. It wasn't about worldly things but just the word of God. This isn't so easy to find these days. He also taught with reproof which would offend a sinner. But how is a sinner to know he or she is doing wrong if it is never taught to them. He wasn't judging but teaching. I loved it. We need more preachers like this one.

  I have been a member of FBC Paducah for 24 years. For the first time I watched via "livestream" and it was such a blessed experience. This particular day was the last in a series of sermons on revival, unity, and most of all the Cross. Paducah (and the world) is watching us. Will we represent Jesus and Jesus only, or ourselves? Pastor says it is impossible to do both. I will strive to represent Jesus with skin on. As a pastor once described to him, "be a velvet covered brick". I desire to be grounded in the Word of God but make my presentation of Him like velvet. The Truth will set you free. That is why Jesus came - to proclaim the Truth.
